DFC Coupling

Backlash-free, high torsionally stiff disc flexible coupling. Three or five piece assembly of Aluminium hubs and Stainless Steel disc sets — available in Single Lamina (SL) and Double Lamina (DL) versions. Max 10,000 RPM. Sizes DFC 20 to DFC 100.

DFC — Disc Flexible Coupling

Made with Stainless Steel Disc Sets bolted alternately to Aluminium Hubs. The SL (Single Lamina) version is a 3-piece assembly; the DL (Double Lamina) is a 5-piece assembly with a spacer, allowing greater parallel and axial misalignment.

Heavy-duty three-piece jaw coupling with Aluminium, Cast Iron or Steel hubs and Polyurethane spider. Sizes 19 to 90 — torque up to 4,000 Nm. Designed for industrial drives: pumps, cooling towers, gearboxes, conveyors, and rolling mills.

PUFlex GR — Industrial Jaw Coupling

Aluminium (sizes 19–28) or Cast Iron/Steel (sizes 38–90) hubs with a Polyurethane spider. Failsafe design — if spider fails, the jaw teeth continue to transmit torque. Electrical and frequency isolation between driver and driven.

PUFlex EC Coupling

Three-piece assembly of two Steel hubs and a Special Grade Polyurethane loop element. Backlash-free, electrically isolating encoder coupling with exceptional angular and radial misalignment capacity. Sizes EC 10 to EC 40 — up to 5 Nm, 3,000 RPM.

PUFlex EC — Double-Loop Coupling

The polyurethane element physically separates both steel hubs, providing electrical and frequency isolation between driver and driven. Failsafe, no lubrication, no maintenance. Available in pilot bore and finish bores.

Encoder Couplings

One-piece torsionally rigid flexible coupling for shaft encoders, tachogenerators, and stepper motors. Available in AF (flange clamp) and AS (set screw) types. Angular misalignment up to 5°, parallel up to 0.2 mm. Outer diameter 14–50 mm.

Encoder Coupling — AF & AS Types

General Purpose Elastomeric Coupling
Jaw Coupling

Three-piece general purpose jaw coupling — two metallic hubs and an elastomeric spider. Transmits torque, damps vibration, absorbs shock and accommodates misalignment. Failsafe: hub jaws engage if spider wears. Part of the PUFlex GS / GR family.

Jaw Coupling — How it Works

Two metallic hubs with jaw projections interlock around an elastomeric spider element. Torque is transmitted through the spider lobes in compression. The spider material and hardness determine vibration dampening, misalignment capacity and torque rating.

Keyless Clamping Coupling

Cone-clamp keyless shaft-to-hub connection. No keyways, no threads, no taper required. Backlash-free, self-centering, transmits torque and axial force simultaneously. Multiple series (KTPPL 110–608) covering a wide range of shaft diameters and torques.

Keyless Clamping — Cone Clamp

Double-cone clamping elements clamp simultaneously on the shaft OD and hub bore ID when screws are tightened — creating a friction-based, keyless, backlash-free connection. Non-destructive removal: screws pull the cones apart.
